At Bad Ass Coffee of Hawaii, we want you to love every sip and stitch. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns on non-perishable merchandise within 30 days of delivery.
Return Process
- 1.Verify Eligibility
Ensure your item is a non-perishable product, such as apparel or drinkware, and remains in its original, unused condition with all tags attached.
- 2.Contact Ohana Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization and the correct shipping address.
- 3.Pack and Ship
Securely package your items and include a copy of your packing slip before shipping them back to us using a trackable mail service.
- 4.Receive Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
